Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary

Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary located 23 km off the Entebbe mainland, is 100-acres of tropical forest dedicated to the rehabilitation of mainly rescued and orphaned chimpanzee from pet traders. The sanctuary is now a home to over 52 orphaned chimpanzee that roam freely across this semi-natural habitat.
